The Floral Hive Design Company hosting Back-to-School Market in Thibodaux, Saturday, September 14th

 

Floral Hive will be hosting their second market Saturday, September 14th from 10am-2pm, located at 1100 Canal Boulevard in Thibodaux. 

The Back-to-School market will entail various vendors including jewelry, natural products, vintage items, candles, pottery, soaps, plants; “with a side of” snacks and sweets.

Once again, The Floral Hive will be “serving up” artsy floral cups and also shower eucalyptus bundles. 

The Mellow Mug coffee trailer will also be serving New Orleans roasted specialty coffee. The tasty espresso will have market-goers (and their snazzy little ones) “jazzing” towards the Cheramie Farms petting zoo to pet an animal or two. 

“The Mellow Mug is a returning fave. We have a ton of vendors returning and a ton new, so we are very excited,” Lauren exclaimed.

The Back-to-School event is a celebration of community, students, and The Floral Hive Studio’s (location) first Birthday! 

Next to potential floral bordered birthday cake, will be a photo booth dedicated to back-to-school pictures. The photographer will be Vivid Artistry by Natalie. Natalie’s prices can be found on her Facebook page. The backdrop will be decorated with florals donated and designed by The Floral Hive. 

“The event is built around bringing the community together after the stress and chaos of a new year has started to settle. We wanted to promote as many small businesses as we can,” Lauren, Floral Hive owner, stated. 

Since the school year has slowed to a steady pace, The Floral Hive wanted to hold this event in hopes of enabling a peaceful and joyous atmosphere. 

“We hope it brings a little peace within the chaos all while supporting small,” she ended.
