New Owners of Tiger Event Rentals (now Tiger Events and Tents) are prepping to be “your rental resource” with pinnacled professionalism

In life, you have the freedom to choose which “event” you will be attending. When you choose to sit under God’s white tent, successes and opportunities decorate each table. Your life lights up with prosperity like Edison bulbs that hang from cornerstone to cornerstone.

Jenna Guerrero and her husband, James LeBlanc, have chosen to sit under God’s tent and listen to His words of wisdom. They have chosen to dance as a team amidst the song of His will.

“We really want to give God the glory for our story because we have come such a long way. There is no way we could have done any of this without Him. God continues to open doors for us,” Jenna said.

Door after door has opened for Jenna, and God’s will for her life has been presented to her beyond thresholds. His direction has led her to patios filled with provisions and supernatural surprises.

“I was a single mom at one time and there was a point in my life where I could not afford groceries,” Jenna stated.

“I got into real estate accidentally. I started as an assistant to another realtor in the community. Then, I built my business up to become a solo agent,” she added.

Jenna was closing ninety-two units in a year and needed a teammate to “dance” with amongst the bustling blessings. Therefore, James resigned from his career in the oil field and became his wife’s real estate assistant in 2020. Since then, they have conquered the Covid market and the ‘wild, wild West’ market after Hurricane Ida.

“My passion is for people. When I take on a client, they become a friend or family member. When I’m guiding them through the process, I give them advice that I would give my own family,” Jenna said.

Her passion for people’s well-being placed her in esteemed brackets of blessings and acknowledgements. Jenna was the number one producing agent by sales volume within the Bayou Board of realtors in 2023. She was also the number three producing agent by sales volume in 2024.

Jenna and James are divinely driven, and they constantly steer toward their callings with ambitious attitudes. They then settle into their seats that have been pulled out by God.

Jenna is not only a top producing realtor in the Bayou Region, but she is also a health coach, public speaker, host for American Dream TV (Bayou Region), and the ambassador for EmpowerHer Life Houma. The husband-and-wife team, who have five children, are also on the youth ministry team at their church.

In September of 2022, Jenna felt a hearkened “heart tap” from God that was essential to the community of women in our local area.

“God put something on my heart to start something for women in our community. I wanted a safe space for all women. It doesn’t matter if you’re a stay-at-home mom or if you work nine to five, whatever it is, we need to create a community for women where they can be vulnerable and build connections and relationships,” Jenna explained.

Therefore, God provided a place setting for Desiree Allums, CEO of EmpowerHer Life (Northshore), at Jenna’s “table”. Desiree conversed with Jenna about being a keynote speaker. She was also invited to a luncheon to witness the community of women empowerment. During the keynote speaker interview, Jenna’s heart rhythmed with revelation and she quickly became the ambassador for EmpowerHer Life Houma.

“You are welcomed with open arms. There’s no judgement and no cattiness. The one rule we have is, ‘no mean girl energy,’” Jenna said.

Again, another door opened for Jenna and James. Beyond the threshold and lying on a table were keys to Tiger Event Rentals.

“This business kind of fell into our lap. It was a God thing. God literally opened the door for us,” Jenna said.

“One of the main purposes of us purchasing the business is to build something bigger than just an event rental company. We have a vision to build something new this community has never seen before,” James added.

On January 1st, 2025, Jenna and James became the new owners of Tiger Event Rentals, now Tiger Events and Tents. The couple plans to build a brand that's so strong that they will undoubtedly be your rental resource.

“We plan to jump in and making this the most professional rental company in the Tri-Parish area. If we grow bigger than that, that would be a blessing,” Jenna said with aspiration.

Tiger Events and Tents is a party/ event rental business that services multiple parishes including,  Assumption, Lafourche, Terrebonne, Saint Charles, Saint James, Saint Mary, etc. Clients have the option to rent chairs, table linens, lighting, flooring, tables, tents, staging, and entertainment.

Jenna and James plan on “topping” each rental experience with spired professionalism. Therefore, intricate details like uniform work attire, will be addressed to brand their newly claimed business with detailed decorum.

“We want to bring a level of professionalism that isn’t currently in the business. That starts with a vision statement and a code of conduct. All those little touches make it feel professional, and customer centered,” Jenna said.

“You have to do the small things that add up to the big things,” she added.

The smallest elements of the couple’s business will be presented and pitched amongst future conversations (between them and the public). Not one detail will be understated but it will be factualized and depicted upon pitched event tents. Therefore, making a statement of sophisticated uniqueness.

“We want to be able to ‘wow’ our customers. When we are present at festivals, we want people to walk up and see our tents, tables, and chairs and know that there’s a certain level of quality. They’ll know it’s us,” James said.

“We want to be more of a concierge service more than a provided service,” Jenna added.

With the vision of cultivating a concierge-like service with peaked professionalism, feedback from the public will be obtained. A future community poll will be conducted to seek suggestions to create a more efficient and stress-free rental experience.

“Event planning is really hard and stressful. So, we want to take that stress off the client,” Jenna said.

“We plan on bringing a high level of customer service and professionalism in our community,” she added.

James and Jenna are ambassadors of well-being. They are representatives of the welfare of future clients and the overall community. Thus, in 2024, Jenna attended Leadership Terrebonne to hone and propel prosperity at home.

“You learn a new perspective on the community. One of the things I learned is to be the change you want to see,” Jenna stated.

“I think that’s a big part of the community, is helping local entrepreneurs. They help us, we help them, and we can all grow together,” James said.

Initiatives will exceed the “tent edges” of Tiger Events and Tents. Objectives will also integrate with entrepreneurial wealth. Jenna and James not only envision their company as a rental resource but also as a resource for entrepreneurs.

“Part of our vision for our company is partnering with local entrepreneurs who also have small businesses. That way we can grow together. One hand washes the other,” James stated.

Power couple, Jenna, and James, who are empowered by God, are dancing daily across His laid-out floor of blessings. In turn, they want to bless others with pinnacled professionalism and entrepreneurial advice. Under the Lord’s tent, the couple will spin and strive to enhance Tiger Events and Tents and the community that surrounds their godsend business.

“We feel like Tiger Rentals is going to give us the ability to bless other people in the community,” Jenna ended.
